I think them 3rd party insurence sellers will hound you as long as you own that vehicle.. I know they are still hounding me. As many letters as I get about auto warranty insurence... it makes me think they are making a LOT of money on selling it. I never have purchased it.. I think most new vehicles now have a 100K warranty...don't they? ANY insurence is just a gamble on both party's part. I prefer to take my own chances. One of my wifes Suburbans had an engine replaced at 10K under factory warranty... I THINK it was a 1990 or so. I purchased her a new one every year around that time.
