Getting the Wheeling Fever

So this seems a little weird to me, but I'm having problems with the heat in my truck. I have the heat cranked all the way to hot and the only vents that blow out hot air are the floor vents....defrost at best is luke warm and dash vents are luke warm at best as well. It's Damn cold here in MN right now!!

Think it could be the thermostat or the heater core?????
Not even sure where the thermostat is on this beast.
