Cory, I should bring you my FJ60 so you can chop the top and make me a REALLY big Trekker...
I can't wait to see the finished product! wouldnt that be cool !! a 60 with a removable roof .. sweet , I would love to do that !! Let me finish school and recover from my V8 swap fiasco, and we'll need to talk...seriously. I'll need some kind of ballpark figure to consider, so please think about it. I think I've convinced myself that the roof rack won't be going back up there. You do good work, and that cap you just posted pics of looks AWESOME!

OK so did you seriously just go and make a whole top from scratch? With something that big - how do you do that? Made a template/form from the old one? Have any pics of that process?
