My 3.0L has just developed some sort of inconsistent power stutter when accelerating, worse at lower RPM. Not sure how to describe it except that it's similar to when you press the gas pedal in and out quickly, and the truck seems to stutter during acceleration. In neutral the engine revs fine with no stutter, but under load accelerating it does this. Haven't done anything recently except an oil change and cleaned my K&N air filter.
