Don't let fitting the 265/75R16's scare you away. It is not hard. Mostly you just need to trim the fiberglass overfender with a file or knife and hammer back some of the metal on the inside rear of the front wheel wells. You will not see any of this from the exterior. It doesn't affect appearance and it's not hard to do. The suspension lift is enough, but you will need some trimming and hammering as mentioned earlier.
