My LC header has the sensor in one of the single tubes, although I think the newer design moves that down to the collector section. You could always just have a new sensor flange welded onto the collector of the header and see if it makes any difference. Or try a heated sensor (4 wire) and see if that makes any difference.

I have a TRD Level 1 cam, 0.020" over cylinders and an LC header and no missing.
