Update - It drives! Drove it in to have the exhaust put on today, I now have it at work. Still many little details to take care of, but all the big pieces are done. The only unusual thing of note so far is the Aisin AT is 'odd' compared to what I'm used to. It behaves as if it has a high stall torque converter. It's not an issue, but weird to me having only really known old American V8 transmissions in the past. Basically, in the right light throttle conditions it seems like it's slipping, but I think that's just how the thing works. When I use the electronic lockup, the slip goes away. It'll take a little adjusting to get used to the manual automatic, but no worries.

Thanks to everyone for the help and suggestions.
