Thanks to Don M for his idea. i never got a chance to look at his pics so i improvised.
First Nate needed to cut a 3/8 plate to match the Baters hitch.

Once that was cut with the plasma cutter, he used the Baters factory tow thing to line up the holes. These were cut on the drill press.

Next was cutting the Receiver stock to the right size.

i thought it would be a good idea to cut an opening to match the receiver in the plate. He than welded on both sides for max strength.

He than further reinforced it by welding a brace into the bottom of the receiver stock.

Painted it, bolted it back in

Put the bike hauler on and voila!
