No, it probably wouldn't run well, if at all. I have gone through a number of Holley injectors over the years. The pattern finally stopped when I carefully redid all my connectors, paying particular attention to waterproofing the connectors. After going through at least 4 sets of injectors between 2000 and 2004, I haven't had a single problem since 2004 when I redid all the connectors.

By the way, do not drive your vehicle with one injector operating only marginally. As you no doubt know, each injector feeds one bank of cylinders. Running with a bad injector on one side leads to extremely lean conditions on that bank and resultant burned valves. The worst thing in my case was that the engine ran fairly well at low speeds and only showed the exteme missing at freeway speeds under loads (i.e., climbing the Cascades).
