Getting the Wheeling Fever
Hey guys, I got my engine in today. I have started a page on my website to detail the project, so as to not clutter up this site with pics and such, and to make it easier for people to follow. You can CLICKY HERE!!!!!!!!, or follow the link in my signature and find it from there.

Let me know what you think.....ideas appreciated!!!

Anthony

Very nice. I'm excited to watch your progress. I think you'll be happy with the new engine, definitely a big upgrade from the C223. Let me know if I can be of any help.

Thanks for the encouragement.....

Took the body off today, bed will come off tomorrow. Have a four day weekend to do all kinds of things to it, and parts are starting to arrive.

Will be updating my website as the weekend progresses........

Thanks for the kind words.

Yeah I am happy with the way things are going so far.

Got the cross member laid out today. It will be beefy to say the least. Probably going to be the strongest part of the whole truck. Only thing I don't like about it is it will be hanging about 3 inches below the frame rails, but it's the way it needed to be.

Going to do a little welding this week and will have more pics on the weekend.

How's the clutch setup working? All the bugs worked out, or are the glow plug efforts a break from clutch? I'm anxious to see the clutch work out smile

The clutch works well. I haven't driven it yet of course, but everything does what it should. I am going to add one small brace from the peddle assembly to the bracket I made as it flexes just a tiny bit, and I don't want that.

Now I am working on engine wiring and buttoning up all the small stuff underhood. Just aboug done with that, but need to figure out the glow plugs and get the alt. wired up.

Might run this weekend
