Matts kit will cover all your needs, heavy duty t-bars are good for winch equipped rigs, otherwise not needed. My opinion would be to do a 2" suspension lift and a 1" or 2" bodylift. This way you don't max out your suspension and you still clear the 34's. Again my opinion qualified only by the fact that I've built up 4 Troopers and a Rodeo and this combo was the best of what I experimented with.
