I see you have some tweaked cams on your rig; you might want to give this article a good reading and see what you think. Might not be exclusively a timing issue, those this would affect it. EB might like this one.

Degreeing a cam

If you decide to start messing with the timing, I would strongly suggest you take a before and after reading; remember your jumper--- so if it's messed up, you can at least whip the gun out along side the road to reset it back to a more agreeable setting.
