TJ springs, I bought mine through this guy:

you will also need the bump stop and coil cups from the TJ.
To attach those I drilled 2 holes in the cup, across from each other, then marked them on the upper sportage spring plate, and drilled and tapped 2 holes and bolted the cup to that. Just ask the guy with the springs about the cups and bump stops, I ordered mine not too long ago through him.

as far as the rav4 shocks, I bought them on rock auto, I used a 1997 rav4 (not the 2 door) as the vehicle, and they seem to be the best drop in aside from custom. I also bought 2 sleeves from the hardware store since the bolt for the toyota is larger, you'd have some play and possible noise later on. the sleeves were like .50 cents each.

the front you can do a spacer OR springs.

spacer is dennis thompson

springs OR a complete lift kit ( the best you can get for your kia, he has everything you need to do it the right way. Its more expensive, but you get what you pay for, right?

and its not going to hurt anything to have it a little higher in the rear, as long as its not too much of a difference. but it will look goofy!

IF you want to go cheap as possible, I believe dennis makes front and rear spacers for a 2 " front and rear lift.
