I have never had to drill into a block and my previous attempt with as "easy out" wasn't easy at all. It seemed like it was difficult to keep centered and I don't own a tap set. I was hoping to get some specific directions on how to get this done without screwing up my block.

I saw stud sets for sale at $40 which seemed kind of high. I also hoped someone could tell me what the best gasket would be.
