Any possibility of an exhaust leak at the manifold?
This could cause air to be sucked in, tricking the o2 sensor into thinking the mixture is lean, and telling the ECU to add fuel.

I think your o2 sensor is failing... Not to the point of a check engine light yet, but getting there.
