I searched the archive and couldn't find this answer, so I hope it is not a repeat. I am going to mount some tow hooks to the front bumber - there is a small depressed square in the rubber cover where they obviously go - do you have to take the cover off to mount the hooks and then cut the depression out? Don't want to screw up the bumper doing it wrong.
