Will these make my Offroading experiances more comfortable?

What sizes would you recommend, and do I get good traction in snow/mud/ice? My feet are daily walkers, too, not just trails...so I really need a sneaker that can perform in both conditions.

Can you get them D load-rated with Raised White Letters? --- Also, what is the recommended inflation pressure?
