My 88' Montero has 275,000 miles, but I don't know if the engine has been changed or not.I've just recently tuned it up. Starts better then my Buick. Has alot of tranny noise though. Still looking for a good 5spd.

engine rebuilt at 190k
tranny and transfer case seals all replaced at 210k

269K is when I got my Raider. I think I'll keep it for a while. I'm gonna just dump more torque & HP into it.

I rolled the Montero over to 173k about 600 miles/ 3 days ago... Raider has about 178 on the odo as she sits. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

My 91 gen 1 has 208k on it and I still use it as my primary service vehicle for my company... I'm trying to decide whether I need to freshen the engine up ( heads done at about 160k). It does have some small oil leaks and the trans has a front seal leaking.

88 Raider 188xxx kms, 89 Ram 50 4x4 176xxx miles both runs good, the pick up transmission had to be work on at 171xxx miles, 5th speed bearing...
