Im finding that my wiper controls are not working properly. the first level (intermedent sp?) does not work, and now the regular speed stopped working. I switch to the fast speed and they move "barely", then stop again. I move the lever back to the normal speed and they start working again. I found a wrecked Monti at pick a part, and I need to know how difficult it is to remove the wiper/cruise control mechanism from the steering wheel. I know I need to remove the steering wheel itself, but is this control screwed/bolted onto the steering wheel colume, and is it plugged into a connection on the colume or is it much more complicated then just unplugging it?
