so how could the stereo be wired to dome fuse I don't know.
If there is a second aftermarket accessory tied to the dome circuit you probably need to investigate this connection..
The only thing i can think of would be the power antenia maybe.
You guess is correct! I missed this connection looking through the schematics the first time.. There is an "antenna control relay" that is powered from the dome circuit as shown below..
the radio also goes off when I pull the acc fuse.but would that be enough to drain a battery in 10 hours?
yes and no..
A correctly installed radio should be powered by the accessory fuse, but that load is fed through the ignition switch, which of course is turned off, when the switch the ignition off, so any loads through that circuit should not pull the battery down..
Here is the schematic for the above.....

Ignition switch is fed by the AM1 and AM2 fuses... accessory fuse is down stream of the ignition switch and of course, no power supplied to it when the ignition is off.

Does the power antenna still go up and down EXACTLY as it did before the stereo installation? Anything holding up the antenna control lead might be causing the antenna control relay to still be drawing power after the vehicle is shut off.. I'd look in this area closely..
Also, many times what Toyota calls a "relay" in the schematics is in fact an electronic circuit, which can be damaged.. Maybe this thing is constantly drawing power through the dome circuit, which it should not do..
