Is there a way to retrieve a password for an old UID where the user has a) forgotten it and b) now has a different email from what was attached to that account?

Joe, one of our longer time members, is using 4WheelDriveJoe right now, but he was 4wdjoe. His current email is [email]fourwheeldrivejoe@yahoo.com.[/email]

I know it is not the end of the world for anybody, and for most I would not even ask, but Joe was around several years ago and he has now reappeared.
