My 99 Runner needed a new plug; broken ground. I haven't had time to plug it in yet, but NAPA has it for $34, part
775-1838; says it's for a 2000 Tundra.

Has the 4 pin flat connector, the converter, and a female plug; you might dig around underneath the bed and see if you have a harness terminal back there before you go looking for parts.
