Getting the Wheeling Fever

I have a 93 pickup with a 22re. The past few days it has been taking longer to start then normal, and running really poorly until warmed up. Today my truck wouldnt start at all. I sprayed some ether in through the throttle body and it still didnt start so i dont think it is a cold start injector problem, which was my first guess, or anything like that so i have no idea where else to start looking. Anyone have any ideas?
