Best beer I've ever had was a warm Old Style out of a wax cup in the cheap seats at Wrigley Field.

Guinness isn't a light beer, unless you're referring to alcohol content, then I reckon it is. They started making the stout for factory workers to drink for lunch. Legend has it, anyway. It's a healthier beer, though, lots of nutrients. So the workers could get some benefit from the beer and not be so trashed going back to work.
