This may be incidental, but I seem to have noticed more Pajero's being sold by owners, rather than importers, lately. A result of more being in the country, or a symptom of something else? Most Paj owners still happy with their rigs?

Just curious...borderline on adding a Paj to the stable here.

Cheers...

The biggest reason why most people (individuals) are selling them is to make a profit. At the end of the road, you may end up making 2,000 or so depending on what you got it for and what you are asking.

I don't fall into that category as the work/parts that was done on mine fall in line with what I am asking.

To be honest, other that reasons like mine (Strata will not allow that high of vehicle in my underground lot) and people moving, etc... flipping them to make some profit is really the only reason I've seen when I asked around.

It's too bad because if gives others who have genuinely solid rigs for sale a harder time. But then again, not really. If a trustworthy mechanic were to look at mine as an example and compare it to 'most' at the dealer's and private. The differences will be quite apparent.

But it looks like we're keeping ours. I just have to finalize swapping a parking unit without the sprinkler overhang with another owner and then we're home free ! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
