Getting the Wheeling Fever

I searched but didn't find. I have 90' LS Monti. I preparing to have the TB service done, since I do not know the last time it was done. On the Montero, is it also recommended to change the water pump when changing the TB and tensioner or just the TB&tensioner? Thanks. Is $350 a fair price to pay to have this done?
