Change the water pump while you have it apart. Also, if you have the old style crankshaft pulley bolt, replace it with the new style, alomg with the new washer. The revised torque value on the bolt is 134 (+/- 3) ft-lbs, lightly lubed with 30W engine oil on the bolt threads and washer.

$350 is very reasonable for that job.
