from what I have figured out the tj's are about 3" higher than stock springs AND stock tires. so I am not sure how much higher the springs alone actually lift it. My tj springs are the 2nd highest spring rate out of about 5 versions. (105AA) from a hard-top v6 model.

so you may not gain any height with the tj spring, you just wouldn't need spacers
