According to all of the information that I've read:
The only trail that will be closed for the event will be the western side of Rocky Mountain Loop... however, this means that all of the trails that intersect with that side of RML will be turned into dead ends -- and, I'd say, these trails will probably used by throngs of spectators to get as close to the action as possible.

Even so, Falls Dam, Daniel, and almost every inch of Dickey Bell should be clear (albeit, perhaps congested with lots of folks who'd rather go out and hit a trail than watch the race).
