i posted the old white truck as a smoke screen so i could buy the grey one!!!! ha ha ha. man i got a lot of replies in a few hours. so there are no more SR's on craiglist <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />.

Did you end up buying the grey one, was that the one for $600? The one that i was trying to get ahold of

its gone dude, like i said 118 e-mails in the few hours i had my fake ad up. So many e-mails of people with cash ready to buy my truck right now i'm sure the grey one is long gone.

That sucks man, I wonder if the inside was in decent shape. I had Connie call and leave some messages while she was at work a couple days ago and never got a call back. Sports gonna be gone on friday so i was kinda hoping I could pick that thing up to get me around until Feb. Did you see the 89 Raider that was posted up for $2000, it was red, V6, and an Auto, it was pretty nice.

well on the case of that '95, i have met the owner a few times and its a work truck. He basically drove it to near death because he just needed it to get him by until he could get a new truck. It wasn't in that bad of shape as far as body and interior, pretty standard for a truck that old. He had been having engine problems and riding it out. I had planned on getting the engine up to date on service and building the new RockRash truck out of it. It was more of a weekend beater than something to carry the kids around in, and most of the e-mails i got from my ghost ad were from people who know nothing about cars and just need something to put their kids in. Chances are whoever bought it will finish off the engine, realize that a new one costs more than they bought the truck for and it'll be back on craigslist with a bad engine. It sucks because i could have given that engine a new lease on life now it'll probably end up smashing its pistons into its valves.


Yes i saw the red 2 door, that was a nice truck. I think it sold pretty quick.

I figured it had motor problems but i just figured if they werent real real serious maybe i could fix it enough to get me buy for just a bit. All well, Hopefully paul decides to sell his truck come feb, now thats a nice truck. The red 2dr was real nice, it would have been cool to get my hands on that but i cant do something like that yet. Plus, I need a LWB not another shorty.
