Alignment done. $60. Didn't have to adjust caster or camber, just toe and make sure they were in line with the rear. I was told I will have to live with a little pull to the right, but it is much better than it was. The vibration seems to be gone, too.

All that's left is to put the skid plates back on, put my stuff in the back and I'm going wheeling this weekend! Gonna take it easy, so I think I may check out the Seven Springs/Sheep's Bridge/Bloody Basin area. Too easy for you guys, I'm sure.

Oh, and the Aisins look bad-a$$. I need to enlarge the center hole on the Raider front hubcaps to fit over them, though, so there's no trim around them now. Oh well...

I too was planning a little 4L therapy this weekend - specifically Sunday - but haven't had any interest in revisiting sheep crossing.. well, ever. Not because it isn't "challenging", I love a good easy expedition & enjoy my smooth unfettered body panels - but frankly I don't find the area out there very beautiful at all and it's a heck of a long drive for not much reward IMHO.

If you're interested in getting together for something Sunday somewhere else, or if you know of a gem worth visiting out Sheep Crossing Way, let's discuss and stuff.

10-4, Wench. This is the shake-down cruise, so I'll let you know how things look tomorrow night.

Monte3, Kenny remembered you at last. Then he wouldn't stop talking about you. You want to tell us more about disconnecting Corvette speedometers for the weekend?

Decided to switch the wheels on the SR to the stock 7" wide aluminums today after seeing how out of true one of the steelies was. I'll have to run a little lower pressure to get a proper contact patch, but they also make the truck sit a little higher than the 8" wheels.

I'm leaving off the chrome front 'hub caps' from the Raider, as I think it looks better this way. Pic below shows skid plates removed, but the "new" front one is shown in picture one, off to the far left. What do ya think?

This morning I hit the delete key on the fuzzy seat covers, just to see how I'd like it. First up was the Lexol leather cleaner, then the Lexol leather preservative. After wiping after each step and final polishing with a dry towel, per instructions, I am happy with the results. Now for a good drive...

Body Damage is Cool
Geez, the truck looks better than ever! Nothing like a new owner to spruce things up...
I left the po of the wheels a message regarding the locks, but he hasn't called back. Might be on Spring Break w/ his kids.
Adam, I have one seat cover left, but it sounds as if JB might part w/his.
BTW JB, the wheels look great.
Also might want to switch the spare to an alloy, It'll help with the door sag. Adam, you got an extra?

I gave all mine away but i can get more if johnny wants another. Those seat covers are confortable and my seats are trashed. Don't ever get leather seats wet, I soaked mine a few times down at the lake and let the truck get rained in a bunch of times and now my seats look 20 years old and my truck was like new 3 years ago it even smelled new. You took good care of that truck Paul.
