I would say the coolant leak would be the hoses from the heater core, to motor.

For the life of me, I can't see how taking out the airbox would help at all, as it's further back than the mounts, but whatever, I'll keep an open mind.

Pull over flow bottle out then I know you pull something up front, I'm just trying to remember the little things johnny. I was probably remembering pulling the air box to change the alternator, My bad I've done this twice and one of the times wasn't even a year ago.

The body lift is done. I don't want to talk about it. I'll heal.

Great, and I mean GREAT meeting tonight. I got to meet John Hughes and Tay for the first time; good times. Clay showed me how short I am, indeed, he does not like me making those jokes. And how about the big surprise, Paul/Monte3 made the 100 mile trek from Clarkdale (in approx. 72 minutes, just about) to hang and show off the Starion. And visit the Montero. The kids want to stop by when they are in town so they can see the ol' 95. And WrenchWench...what can I say? You and the girlfriend will have a great home, once we get you some new floor covering, but I'm biased like that.

LT and Toasty - thanks for helping keep this whole thing going here in the Valley. It's been a lot of fun. Can I get some of the temporary tattoos? We'd be like a gang then, um, I mean a CLUB, that's it.

I am doing Crown King back road on Saturday, April 4th. Let me know if anybody wants to tag along.

John B.

Body Damage is Cool
Yeah, a great time was had, and I made it home by 10 pm. It was good seeing everyone again, and meeting some new folks as well. Now, all I need is a Montero, and I can, well you know...
LT, and John, have a safe trip, and we'll see everyone soon, I hope!

O.K., just got back from 3 days out of town... I want to leave my palacial estate Saturday morning at 9 a.m. I'm in central Phoenix, Wench, so you may want to consider meeting here?? Roughly 16th St. and Camelback, easy access from the northbound SR-51 to the Highland exit, where you would have to turn, or else you will run into a library. PM me for my phone number...or...wait...I'll PM you. This is getting fun already. Sort of.

The truck still has a vibration that seems like it's coming from the front right corner. I put about 500 miles on it in the past three days and got between 15.5 and 17.5 mpg in various combinations of mostly highway driving. I always paid attention to the speed limits, allowing for the speedo-error with the 33's, and used the cruise control when I could; the a/c when I needed. Anyway, the vibration becomes noticeable above about 65, otherwise it's O.K. I'll keep checking things. On another note, it has pretty well quit spitting oil and there was no noticeable coolant loss from the body lift messing with the heater hoses, but I can still smell coolant on occasion. I think I've had to add less than a quart of oil in the ~1000 miles I've had it. Not bad at all.

Will do on the posting up about the condition of the trail. All reports I've heard has a couple of parts set at "just a little nasty."
