Well took the head off the max, I think it was toasty that called it, a piston is jacked (#3) i'm thinking from lack of oil to the bearing. So before i pickup a block from the junk yard i'll get a title for the truck.

<img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />fftopic: in your face AZ crawler crew Im from KS <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/nana.gif" alt="" />

<img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />ntopic:
I got a complete 2.0 minus the front case cover (and technically 2.6 but Ive got whole lot of goodies for it dual mikuni 44s header cam blah blah and lots of expensive machine work to come Im sure so its not for sale)

Plus if you put the 2.6 in there youd have to put in the wide block tranny unless your 2.0 is auto then it otta be a wideblock also but if its a standard its narrow.

Lemme know if you need anything off me <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

I want to guess too. Is it that 97' sport 4x4 for 800 that needs a starter and corner light? that would be sweet especially since it has a locker.

LT, maybe you can get a 2L out of that max in mesa pick a part? they have good prices.

Hey Toasty how do you feel about welding on exhausts?

(if you bring the welder you can do it inside my garage with an evaporative cooler blowing at you.... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> )

DAMN IT WHY DID I SELL MY WELDER before I even took the time to get good at it!?

Frame's still holding strong btw, with lots of properly hard miles on it since repair. Thanks again!!
