i got it down, will i need a mirror to see what i'm welding? What do you need done?

Well, if my car had been built 4 months earlier on the same assembly line, it would have only had one cat that never plugs up and fails.... but thanks to being built those 4 months later, it has a little tiny one upstream of the real one whose primary job is to look like this inside

So, I'm going to replace that pre-cat with a drastically less failure prone unit. I wouldn't bother except I have reason to believe mine is plugged about as bad as the one in that picture.

Here is where it is located on the truck (ignore the flanges, that was just one guy's decision on his truck) [Linked Image]

Hell yeah come on over any time John! Sunday's not a bad day at all, even if you don't want to do any business and just get down to some foods & brews. I'll send you a PM - anyone else not going on the Willow Springs trip? (why aren't you going on the Willow Springs trip with toasty??! Shame on you! )

why don't you go get one of those big ramps from one of the chevrolet dealers that shut down. They left the steel ramps and took everything else.

Sweet! Lets do it! I love stealing!

Or since I already used a bunch of scrap steel and this one is done I can just use it! It holds good!
