Well on my way home from work this morning i was sitting at the light on the offramp and smoke started pouring out i jumped out and looked under the truck tranny was boiling over!! Well guess my a/t temp sensor is toast or the bulb is cause it was working but didn't today from the trail that i left looks like it started boiling within the last mile of my exit. I didn't have my fire extinguisher in my truck ooh and the fluid was catching fire btw i just didn't open my hood to give it any air so it went right out i was really thinking i was gonna watch it go up in smoke for a couple minutes I let if finish boiling over i pulled up on the shoulder for bout 10-15 minutes checked the level then drove up the street checked the level again keeps reading full so i drove the rest the way home, i'm gonna check it again after i wake up. I don't get it it wasn't slipping i've wheeled it truck a bunch over the last couple months i drive it work in 118 deg and it over heats at 4 am?? I don't know if i over filled it or my cooler is clogging up i'm gonna dig into it, looks like i'll be driving the car this week.
