Adam,
I just looked at 1sttoyotaparts.com and a caliper rebuild kit is $25. I don't know what that has in it, but I'm thinking it's a lot more than the $4 kit your taking about.
How do I order the $4 kit? Do I just ask for gasket replacements? I have a local dealer who has comparable prices to the internet if you consider shipping cost.

Go to any auto parts store and ask for a caliper rebuild kit.
