I would replace them. I have had many stick after replacing the rotors. I am not sure if the piston wears a bit or what. I have done the kits. if there is any (catch) when you are compressing them you will be replaceing them and the shoes, possibly the rotors in about 6 months to a year.
just my .02 they are cheap and easy to replace now.
