Getting the Wheeling Fever

Okay good idea, but another question. I don't see how I can get a nut to screw onto a longer bolt on the bottom since I can't see where it sticks out from the bottom. It screws into a hollow piece of metal, but there is no way to get to it from the bottom once its screwed in. Or am I missing something!!!
