Why not just og get some rectangle tubing, cut off the bad section and rebuild it with new? Steel has come way down in price. You should be able to do it all for a couple hundred bucks and it'll be way stronger than new.


That's also a good idea. It would be good the rebuild the whole section but I just do not have the time as we need this truck daily. I wish we were ready to get a Gen3 so I could do this slowly but it's not time yet, what with Green Cards and may be moving in the summer...
