1037 & 0143 - Fuel Air Metering
1170 - Manufacture control fuel air metering
1406 - EGR

It sounds like a stuck/clogged EGR, or it simply could need to be replaced. I have never needed to repair/replace mine but it doesn't appear to be difficult to replace, or all that expensive ($100-200). You are also able to clean the EGR but agian I've never done this.

I'm sure someone that has worked on an EGR will chime in.
