Do some searching on the site and you will find a load of info.
Personally, I have a 1.4" body lift, UPYOURKIA front spacers, and TJ rear springs. I'm running 31" tires but had to bend back the bottom of the seam of the front fender and a little of the fender to keep it from rubbing.
Also, Dave fromn RSG sells a 4" front and rear kit that I hear is really well done. Jaybur can be contacted on this lift, he just installed it on his Sport.
I know you can go higher on the body lift but it takes alot of work and extra parts.

Read about the different lifts and talk to the guys that have them for sale and the guys that have installed them.
