The transmissions work fine but i'm not sure the hubs are locking when i turn them to lock,, (the front wheels dont have power still)?? do i just need to rebuild my hubs?? any help would be awesome! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

Only way to tell for sure is to put all 4 wheels up on jackstands and put the truck in 4wd and see if the wheels spin. Or you could find a mudhole and see if the fronts pull.

Its pretty common for the hubs to be assembled wrong or for the spring to break. I have links to rebuild how-to's on my site

Here is another link to rebuilding them, it is from a 93 FSM.

FYI, you shouldn't have to jack up all 4 tires, just the front 2.
You have manual hubs on a 94? must have been converted from the ADDs? If it's manual, just turn teh tires and see if the CV spins. If it's the ADD, you'll have to see if the other tire spins the other direction.

Or... my favorite... pull the rear driveshaft, engage the case, and see if you can move! (just be prepared to turn it OFF before unengaging the t-case if you don't, lol.)

Hows that? As soon as you put it into gear, the rear wheels will have power and it will jump off the jackstands.

Body Damage is Cool
Just jack up the front and try to spin the front tires in the air by hand, with the hubs locked, tranny in gear, xfer in 4lo, etc.

While doing that, look to see if the C/Vs are spinning at the same time...

Could always end up being a transfer case issue.
