I get around 20-22 in the summer and 16-18 in the winter with 3.0, 5 speed, and stock 31x10.50's. My truck has 243,000 on it and the engine has only been apart once for the HG recall at around 120k. No other work was done besides the HG's, timing belt and water pump at that time. Yes, I really need to change my timing belt.
