Got your email thanks for the link. That cam race is nasty, the cam is shot for sure. Still, enough bearing surface to run, I would suggest you have the machine shop shave the cap and rehone the cam line, it is going to be off alignment.

Some do weld that up and redrill, but my experience is the head warps even more unless they heat it first and mount it to a plate.

Yep, that is rebuildable, bit more work than we like but cheaper than a new good one.

*Probably not cheaper than some available that are not so good, I see the China ones under $180 now from time to time. They will run too and get you by. Pure aluminum in those though so make sure it's good Toyota coolant and distilled water to avoid corrosion.

The rest looks OK. BTW: You have metal in the short block, I would hang some bearings in there, even the good ones are cheap now....*EB
