1- I am using an adjustable temp switch from flex a lite. not sure where i have it set at though!
2- not sure on this one as my switch is mounted to the inside edge of the passenger fender, the temp probe goes into the rad fins just below the intake hose.

3- I have mine wired off of a relay that has a over ride switch in the cab that is off of ignition power for doing water crossings or for the crazy winters!
