Saw this on another board.

Texas Baby Murder Suspect Arrested in Pennsylvania

It's crimes like this that make me think there should be a clause where there is a case-by-case US Supreme Court vote on an individual-crime basis allowing the over-riding of the 8th Amendment to the US Constitution. Some people deserve nothing less than cruel and unusual punishment for the crime(s) they have committed.

There was one the yesterday about a guy who just got out of prison for attempted rape of a child who turned around immediately and raped a 6 year old boy in a public library.

The AP pulled the story very soon after it came out.

These people should have the same thing done to them.

I just want to tell you both good luck, and we're all counting on you.

Sorry, but I think that's way too quick and easy for this waste of oxygen. It needs to die a slow and painful (not too painful now...don't want it to have a heart-attack and cheat us out) death that lasts for months if possible. Doctors need to be on stand-by to:

A) keep it alive in the process and

B) keep it awake between 20 and 22 hours a day (it needs some sleep, otherwise it'll just hallucinate through the rest of the punishment...probably wouldn't be as much of an ordeal to it).

A large pair of vice-grips and a blow-torch come to mind.

PA has been having its hands full of violence. I work in the poconos and they are still finding body parts of a random girl on 80 and 380...

Once Convicted, I'd be more than happy to take a .25 cent Bullet and a field and I would put a bullet right into the Front of the Head. Screw wasting time and Money keeping him alive in prison. Anyone who gets convicted of such crimes as this, why not.

Bascily anymore it's: You Killed, your convicted, you sit for the next 20 to life ( pending how long you have to wait for death ) and then they treat you like you have a terminal life threating disease and baby you. SCREW THAT!

Body Damage is Cool
I say we get those old school stockades(sp?) and let them starve to death in public....maybe add a twist to it, and make the stockade where his head sticks through a urinal, and let people actually use it.

Honestly I'm very tired of people commiting absolutely heinous crimes, and getting off lightly, or just getting life in prison, or the death penalty. I understand the whole having to give them a chance to appeal, but in that guys case he confessed, why even give him a trial? Those types of people should be dealt with swiftly and violently!!!! When you commit a crime like that...you have completely lost your rights in my eyes!!

String him up in the town square, aren't public hangin's still legal in Texas? They should be

In murder cases when the killer confessed, or the evidence is overwhelming and indisputable, they should just skip the appeal process and go right to the execution.
