I have in hand a Weber 32/36 DGAV, with electric choke, which I will be putting on an '86 Montero next summer. I have the carb, complete with adapter plate for the manifold, but I have no instructions on mounting it.

Has anybody written step by step instructions for the process? I've found a couple bits and pieces here and there, but not the complete process.

I need to know what to do with all the vacuum lines, which to block off, which to re-route. I think I've also heard something about water jacket passages, and blocking those.

Has anyone on the forum written what would amount to a tech article on mounting a Weber on the 2.6 engine? Can anyone give me instructions, preferably with pictures?

Thanks for any help.
