No milky colored oil or oil in the radiator I assume. Also, check for bubbles in the radiator when the engine is idling. That would be a sign of a leaky head gasket. If the water at the muffler doesn't clear up after the engine's been run for a while and condensation should have been burnt off, that could be a sign of a leaky head gasket or cracked head or block.
