facts are facts Regarding my set and the guy from Seattle (can never recall his forum name) 69878966992 or whatever ----
Here, let me make it easier for you old folks to remember me. It's 69442 like the 1969 Olds 442, got it?
First thing I thought of when I saw your name. Was actually going to ask if you had one.
Here's a bit more insight on a handle I acquired by mistake. Back in 1982 I was a junior in High School with a cherry 1969 Olds 442 with 38,000 orig miles. It was Saturday night and I was in a hurry to go pick up my girlfriend but I wrapped my car around a telephone pole instead! Impact was around 70mph + at the drivers door which completely snapped the pole in two. The car buckled like a banana and I was thrown out of the passenger side door because I wasn't wearing a seatbelt. Get this, I had no injuries what so ever!! When the police, fire and aid people got there they were all looking for a body and didn't believe I was in the car specially not the driver! I was the only person in the car and was totally sober. Nobody else was injured by this so I was very lucky to say the least. State Farm Insurance wasn't too happy with the huge PUD bill to babysit the pole and replace it 2 days later but oh well that what we pay our premiums for..... right! So everyone knows me by the cherry ride I trashed back in the day without so much as a scratch. Sure wish I could go back and redo that day over!!
Each year when my parents receive their State Farm renewal notice it still states to this day that i am not a covered driver under their policy!!
If it's easier, you guys can just call me Rick, lucky bastard, dumb ass or whatever ....... you pick
