Previous Thread Next Thread Print Thread Rate Thread Overdrive Question #867138 02/05/08 05:18 AM Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 71 San Fernando Valley, CA L LAMONTEROGUY OP Getting the Wheeling Fever Quick question. the Mitsubishi mechanic told me that I should always drive with my overdrive OFF especially when I am on surface streets and rush hour traffic when speeds are below 55/60 mph. He said I should have overdrive on, only when driving above 60 mph. Is this correct? Not that I don't trust the dealer mechanic, but i figure why not confirm his info in the forum.
